Rocky Point city has grown over several decades now, making it important for everyone to understand its historical background. This city is among the youngest cities of the State of Sonora that came to be in 1928. During these early years of 20’s, the city had a very low population and it is believed to have been a safe haven for Al Capone, a famous America gangster.
